Census information

Census information on the village is available from 1841 every 10 years till 1911. This information also covers part of the current Coney Weston village as boundary changes were only made in the late 1970s. It is often difficult to identify addresses in the earlier census returns so information regarding population etc cannot be directly compared with the exisiting village. The transcripts and some charts showing age and birthplace distribution for 1841 to 1901 are available but not all chart information downloads to IPADs etc.
