Village Hall

The Village Hall, which was built in 1956 and has since been extended and updated on several occasions, The hall is located at the northern end of the village in Sandy Lane (IP31 1BX) and signposted off the B1111.

The building comprises of a vestibule and a large hall with seating capacity for 80 people.

The kitchen has a hatch access to the hall and is well equipped with a cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, double sink, large electric urn and two electric kettles. There are also cups, saucers, plates and cutlery in plentiful supply.

There are male ,female and accessible toilets..

Tables and extra chairs are stored in the separate storeroom. The hall has also benefited from new comfortable chairs and some useful smaller tables with help from the Big Lottery Fund.

There is a large garden laid to grass at the rear of the building suitable for events and parties, we cannot however allow bouncy castles due to health and safety restrictions.

The front of the hall has a one-way car park with the capacity for approximately 18 cars.

There is a  village play area approximately 20 metres away.
